Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We may collect account information, profile information, property-analysis inputs, saved reports, scope profiles, portfolio outcomes, support submissions, subscription and billing identifiers, usage information, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.
2. Property and investment information
Property addresses, purchase assumptions, rehabilitation assumptions, financing inputs, rental information, completed-investment outcomes, and similar information may be stored to provide the service. Aggregated and de-identified platform data may be used to evaluate model accuracy, improve underwriting methods, monitor system health, and develop product features.
3. Billing information
Payment-card processing is intended to be handled by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Investment Analyzer should not store full payment-card numbers. We may store billing identifiers, subscription status, plan information, invoice or transaction references, and related account metadata.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate accounts, generate analyses, save reports, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, measure data quality, compare projected and actual investment outcomes, and improve model calibration. To limit automated or repeated free-account creation, the service may retain a cryptographic hash of the public network address associated with successful registrations for a limited anti-abuse window; the raw address is not stored in that registration-control record.
5. Administrative analytics
Authorized administrators may access account diagnostics and aggregated or report-level analytics needed to support users, evaluate system accuracy, identify data-quality problems, and refine the platform. Administrative access is restricted by role.
6. Service providers
We may use hosting, database, property-data, mapping, payment, email, logging, monitoring, and other infrastructure providers. Information is shared with those providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
7. Data retention
Account and investment records may be retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or product-integrity purposes. Retention periods may vary by data type.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect account information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You can update certain profile and investment information within the service. Additional account or privacy requests can be submitted through the private Contact Us form in Settings.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, providers, and legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated as appropriate.
11. Contact
Registered users can submit privacy questions or requests through Contact Us in Settings. Direct contact information is not displayed publicly.
