1. Investment analysis only
Investment Analyzer provides software-generated estimates, calculations, research summaries, comparisons, and decision-support tools for real-estate investment analysis. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, brokerage, inspection, engineering, or investment-advisory services.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Property values, rents, rehabilitation costs, financing terms, operating expenses, market conditions, timelines, and investment outcomes can change. Scores, ARV estimates, comparable-sales analysis, rehab estimates, cash-flow projections, and other outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for independent due diligence before making any purchase, financing, renovation, rental, sale, or other investment decision.
3. User-provided information
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. You may not submit information you do not have the right to use. Manual overrides and user-entered assumptions remain under your control and can materially change results.
4. Third-party information
The service may use data from third-party providers. Availability, coverage, timeliness, and accuracy are not guaranteed. Third-party data may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or subject to separate provider terms.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support through the in-app Contact Us feature if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Subscriptions and purchased reports
Paid plans, billing cycles, included analysis allowances, purchased report credits, and promotional or founding-member terms are shown in the service at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Founding-member promotional pricing may be conditioned on continuous subscription.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, scrape or redistribute protected platform content at scale, reverse engineer restricted functionality except where permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful activity. Creating repeated accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent complimentary-report, plan, usage, or purchase limits is prohibited and may be restricted through automated anti-abuse controls.
8. Platform changes
Features, data sources, calculation methods, plan limits, and beta functionality may change as the service is improved. Material changes to paid-plan terms will be communicated as required.
9. Intellectual property
The service, software, branding, interface, analysis methods, and platform-generated presentation are owned by or licensed to the service operator except for user-owned information and third-party materials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of investment performance or uninterrupted availability. The service operator is not responsible for investment losses or consequential damages arising from reliance on platform estimates or third-party data, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Registered users can contact the service operator through the private Contact Us form in Settings. Direct contact information is not displayed publicly.
